Sometimes we can get so involved in our work that we start to ignore the signs and warnings of heat stroke, heat exhaustion, hypothermia, and frostbite. It’s important to take frequent breaks and pay attention to how you are feeling when you’re working in these extremes. Hazards can overcome you gradually and you may be in some serious trouble by the time you even notice something is wrong.
What do we do in order to protect ourselves from the dangers of being in extreme heat or cold? We’ll discuss this and more in this podcast.
