Utah Electrical License Renewal
To maintain your electrical license in Utah, it's essential to adhere to the state's renewal requirements:License Renewal Period:
- All electrical licenses in Utah expire on November 30 of even-numbered years. DOPL
- All Licensees:
- Complete 16 hours of continuing education (CE) during each two-year license term.
- At least 12 hours must be "core" education, focusing on the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- The remaining 4 hours can be either "core" or "professional" education. DOPL
