About the video

This lesson covers the step-by-step process of wiring receptacles, emphasizing code compliance and safety. You’ll learn how to determine the proper height for receptacles, taking into account ADA requirements. The video demonstrates drilling holes, running conductors, and making connections, including the use of Romex (NM) cable. You’ll see how to properly secure wires with staples, maintain neat and organized runs, and ensure all connections are tight and reliable.
