In our learning system we issue points for learning, called “Charges.” When you complete a lesson, you earn charges. When you watch a video you earn charges. When you login to the learning system, you earn charges. When you pass practice exams, or ace them, you get various amounts of charges. There’s actually a ton of things we award charges for. We’re currently technologically limited on some of the things we’d like to issue charges for, but we’re looking into how to expand the award system greatly as time progresses.

Breakdown of Charges
There are numerous ways a user can “increase their potential” (accumulate charge – see what we did there?). Some activities are limitless, while others have an earning cap on them. Currently, this is how the charge system is broken down:

Electrician U Granted Charges
We reserve the right to issue additional charges to members who do things we find beneficial to the learning system, Electrician U, or the learners/companies within the system when they arise. Though we can’t list every possible way someone may do something worth rewarding, generally, what we see worth issuing points for is as follows:
- Appropriate usable feedback leading to integration of a feature in the Learning System
- Finding errors that lead to integrating a fix of the Learning System
- Sharing posts on social media which promote others joining the Learning System
- Referring friends or coworkers into the Learning System
- Referring a company to the Business Learning System
- Creating content for the Learning System (we’re looking for collaborators who are educational, knowledgeable, and can record lessons to be added to the system – Dustin is a workhorse…but he can’t hit them all)
